*You will need to sign the WAIVERS AND RELEASES documents before your first practice.
*Membership fees are collected monthly with NO contract.
*Students are encouraged to participate in as many classes as they like.​
*Membership cancellations must be requested via email by the 20th of the month prior to cancellation.
